3. Estimates and Quotations

  • All quotations are free and without obligation unless otherwise stated.

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days from the issue date.

  • Prices are based on the information available at the time. Should additional work or materials be required after inspection or during the job, we will notify you and agree on any adjustments before proceeding.

  • Verbal estimates are for guidance only; a written quote confirms the final agreed scope and cost.

4. Deposits and Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure materials or schedule work. This will be clearly stated in your quotation.

  • The remaining balance is payable upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments can be made by bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods.

  • We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Cancellations

You have the right to cancel or postpone your booking, but please provide at least 48 hours’ notice where possible.
Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been purchased or work has begun.

If we need to cancel or reschedule (for example, due to weather or supplier issues), we will contact you promptly to arrange a new date.

6. Workmanship and Materials

  • All work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with current UK building and roofing standards.

  • Materials are supplied as specified in the quotation or of equivalent quality if replacements are needed.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply where available.

  • Our workmanship is covered by a minimum 12-month guarantee, unless otherwise specified.

  • Guarantees are void if alterations or repairs are made by third parties without our consent.
